By covering everything from location and venue type to accessibility and budget, we’re able to move forward with clarity and purpose.

  We research and identify the venues that best fit your program. You’ll receive a concise shortlist of strong options—or confirmed availability at your preferred location—making it easy to take the next step.

  After sourcing is complete, we organize the options into a clear, side-by-side comparison based on your Discovery priorities. This makes it easy to narrow down your choices and select the best fit to move forward.

Absolutely!  We can jump in at any point in the process and take work off your plate.  In the Discovery Call, we can work together and figure out the most efficient approach for you.


Yes, we'll do the legwork with whatever level of involvement you prefer.  We have some clients who love to be intimately involved and others who have other responsibilities, so we just report back.  It's your call on how we do it!


No, we will discuss that up front with the venue and verify that prices are not inflated due to 3rd party involvement.  


We prefer to do searches for a minimum of 50 rooms per night; however if your organization holds multiple events throughout the year, we'd value the chance to start smaller and prove ourselves, if that is what it takes.
